In our lifetime we make vows with others and our selves. There are vows we consciously make which are helpful and positive, others are not so.

There are unconscious vows we inherit from our ancestors, or from past lives. These vows often keep us from being and expressing our true selves.

Let’s play with our vows! We’ll uncover and release what no longer serves us, has never served us, and will never serve us.
